Romain Gentile graduated with a Master of Engineering in Computer Science, specializing in AI, from KU Leuven.
His master’s thesis, completed at the DTAI lab, presented a novel anytime algorithm for marginal inference based on Weighted Model Counting.
After graduation, he joined the flight software team at Aerospacelab, a Belgian satellite company, where he developed numerous firmwares and Linux programs to monitor and operate satellites now in orbit.
Romain then joined RMA to contribute to the iMUGS2 project, where his research focuses on collaborative and tactical behavior in heterogeneous multi-agent systems, as well as interoperability.
